We specialize in commercial cleaning and janitorial services for a wide range of environments—including offices, financial institutions, medical and dental practices, industrial warehouses, government buildings, and educational facilities. That’s not a complete list though, so even if you don’t see your building type listed, give us a call because we can probably help you. That said, restaurant spaces aren’t part of our service offerings, but let us know your needs and we’ll point you in the right direction.

How are your services priced?
Pricing is based on facility size, cleaning frequency, and the specific scope of work you require. We start with a complimentary on-site walkthrough and then provide a transparent proposal for you to consider.

What areas do you serve?
Our home base is Frederick, Colorado, with comprehensive coverage along the I-25 and Hwy 36 corridors. That includes Denver, and goes North to Fort Collins, West to Boulder, and East to Greeley with everywhere in between.

Are you fully insured?
Absolutely. Better Business Cleaning is fully insured and carries high coverage levels than many other cleaning companies because of the types of facilities we serve. We’re happy to furnish certificates of insurance upon request to give you complete peace of mind.

Do you offer green or eco-friendly cleaning options?
Yes. We provide eco-friendly, fragrance-free, and hypoallergenic cleaning programs that deliver professional results without harsh chemicals or lingering odors—ideal for schools, healthcare settings, and anyone with sensitivities.

How do you select and train your cleaning staff?
We’re intentional about whom we hire—everyone is a direct employee (not a subcontractor), fully authorized to work, and must pass comprehensive screening and background checks. Once they join our team, they receive in-depth training. Ongoing coaching and regular performance reviews ensure you get consistent, professional service every visit.

What quality-assurance measures do you have in place?
We use specialized cleaning software to support our operations, which offers digital checklists and end of shift photos. Supervisors also perform regular site visits to perform inspections, and we follow up on any client feedback immediately to ensure consistent, high-quality results.

Can I customize my cleaning plan?
Absolutely. You choose the services (general cleaning, floor care, carpet care, specialty services, etc.), frequency (daily, weekly), and add-ons (supply management, waste-reduction measures, etc.) that best fit your needs and budget.

What contract terms do you offer?
Written service agreements are provided to protect all parties involved by documenting the expectations to avoid misunderstandings and confusion. You’ll find the contracts are very evenly structured with reasonable terms, and provide for early termination in the unlikely event of unresolved service issues. We are a professional firm committed to customer satisfaction, and rarely are unable to resolve any quality concerns that arise.
